When you access our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary to display the website:

2.2 This website uses SSL or TLS encryption for security purposes and to protect the transmission of personal data and other confidential content (e.g., orders or inquiries to the controller). You can recognize an encrypted connection by the "https://" prefix and the padlock symbol in your browser's address bar.

3) Hosting & Content Delivery Network
To host our website and present content, we use a provider that provides services solely on servers within the European Union, either independently or through selected subcontractors.

To make visiting our website attractive and enable the use of certain functions, we use cookies—small text files stored on your device. Some cookies are automatically deleted after you close the browser (“session cookies”), while others remain on your device to save site settings (“persistent cookies”). In this latter case, you can find the storage duration in your browser’s cookie settings.
If any cookies process personal data, this is done according to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract performance, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR with your consent, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in the optimal functionality and a user-friendly design of the website.

8) Retargeting/Remarketing and Conversion Tracking
8.1 Meta Pixel with Advanced Matching
We use Meta Pixel with advanced matching, provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Meta").
When a user clicks on an ad placed by us on Facebook or Instagram, the URL of our linked page is expanded by a parameter using Meta Pixel. This URL parameter is then recorded via a cookie, storing it in the user’s browser. Additionally, this cookie records specific customer data like email addresses, gathered during actions such as purchases, account registrations, or logins (advanced matching). This data allows us to assess the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns.
This collected data is stored by Meta and may enable Meta to match this data with an individual user profile. Meta’s data policy, which includes information on personalized ads and the use of data for advertising purposes, can be found here.
This processing only occurs if you have given us your explicit consent, in line with Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can revoke your consent anytime by disabling this service in the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website.
8.2 Google Ads Remarketing
This website uses Google Ads Remarketing by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland.
Google Ads Remarketing places a cookie in your browser to show interest-based ads based on previously visited pages. If you have consented to your internet and app browser history being linked to your Google account and used for personalized ads, Google uses your data across devices and platforms to define audiences for cross-device remarketing.
Details on Google’s data processing can be found here. Google’s privacy policy can be accessed here.
This processing only occurs with your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may revoke at any time. If you no longer want Google Ads Remarketing, you can also download and install a browser plugin here.

We use Google Ads Conversion Tracking, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland, to measure the success of ads we display on Google’s network.
The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on our ad. These cookies lose validity after 30 days. If the user visits a specific page on our website within this period, we can identify that they arrived via the ad.
Data collected through this method allows Google to provide us with statistics on ad effectiveness. However, we receive no information that personally identifies users.
All described processes only occur with your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may revoke at any time through the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website.

If data is processed for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time, which will result in the termination of processing for such purposes.

12) Duration of Personal Data Storage
The storage duration depends on the legal basis, processing purpose, and, if relevant, statutory retention periods.
